Answer: Probably a medium. My friend is 6’1, weighs 190 lbs & I bought him a large. It was a perfect fit. Hope this helps.

Answer: This shirt is true to size and because I have washed them often (work/school uniform) they have not shrunken & given me that issue so far. Hopefully the same holds true for you.
