Answer: If you’re waist is 60 the collar should be 21- 21 1/2.

Answer: These are true to fit. I ordered my size and it fit perfectly. If you normally wear a 2X, order the 2X. If you wear a 3X Tall order the 3X Tall.

Answer: A 4X-Large-Tall or 4X-Large-Big, depending on your height. If your stomach sticks out over your waist (like many of us), 5X-Large-Tall would be a better choice. Note that Amazon is super great, because you can return a shirt if it doesn’t fit correctly.
