I??m very tall and very large so I got a 3X because I use it for sleeping in a chair at night due to my bad back, I wanted plenty of room. My wife washed it and I think she used hot water because it is not as large as I thought it was.

I kind of recommend you get a little larger size than you want because I do think ??

what is the fabric weight?
Answer: If by weight you mean lightweight/heavyweight I would lean more towards heavyweight because it’s fleece lined. I will tell you that I ordered a XL which is what I usually wear and it was way too small. I ended up giving it to my daughter.
