Answer: Yes it is because I’m about the same size as u and a large is too short so go with the XL

Answer: I have about 30 of these hoodies. They don??t shrink unless you wash them several times in super hot water. Then maybe. I would get an xsmall or small. Depends on weight also.

Answer: Wow, difficult question. It fits true to size but is a bit long. I ordered a medium and apart from the length, it fits fine. I’m only 5’11” tall.
