NEITHER is EVER truly wrinkle free… if “FREE” is what you want, you need a synthetic blend of 30 to 40% or more polyester, nylon,, etc, added to cotton. Just understand what happens when you start adding synthetics.. ??

Answer: Most likely small. Im 6 and 180 and got large. Amazon has a sizechart thats true to size.

Tough question. It depends a bit on the manufacturer as there is no real agreement in sizing between different manufacturers. I suggest using the Try and Return option to check the sizing. Buy them both and return the one that doesnt fit. I have tried the Mens Slim Fit pattern oxford shirt and iI would say the XXL??
